In my view Employment is the correct answer because graduation is related to degree not diploma and most of us take diploma for seeking employment.

Yes ! My answer is also 'curriculum' because a curriculum is essential for the completion of diploma and graduation is after diploma. How could there be a diploma without any 'curriculum' ?????

In my view curriculum should be correct as graduation is 3 or 4 yrs course while diploma is done either after 10 or 12 and it can be of 2 or 3 depending which course has been opted for.
Curriculum is required for any degree or diploma.
Hence answer should be [B] curriculum.
