I want you to hire me because I think I'm capable of assisting your company to improve its strategy. I believe a company's performance is highly dependent on the performance of it's team. I can share my thoughts and ideas in case I'm hired which would lead your company to become more stronger.

As I am fresher I don't have Practical knowledge only I have threotical knowledge but through this platform I want to utilize my theractical knowledge to get practical knowledge and after getting that practical knowledge I will utilize my both skills in an organisation to achieve the organizatinal goals.

I am a fresher, so I have that much of energy to work efficiently. If you reject me it will be a loss for your company because l have decent technical knowledge and I can work in groups activily. I can work hard to improve the company's worth and reputation and apply my technical skills to raise myself.
