Sir that is purely your opinion, but why don't I and why another one. Honestly my fresh knowledge is conventional type as I know it mayn't be enough. Only onething I can say is I dedicate my self to organisation may be others don't. My agregate all are nothing to you but they show how I worked hard though I'm an average guy.

Sir/mam, your are expecting a candidate who has a better communication skill, good programming k/w. I have these qualities. As am fresher I don't have any experience in any org. I have only theoretical k/w. So I need a platform to explore my k/w and skills and also I am a quick learner so, it will help in your org 's growth.

As a fresher, I don't have any industry experience but do have some internship experiences as an in-plant trainee and I'm looking forward to exploring and experience the potential of my skill to give the best shot to the company. Maybe I'm not good at my academics, but in terms of my skill set, I stand apart from the others.
