Why should I hire you?

I completed my MSc around 4 months ago since then I have been relentlessly looking for a job. During this period, I got to know what's the pain of an unemployed person. So if I get this job I will respect and value this. And after getting hired by this company If you assign me any task I would give my full potential. I would give my 100% and I will put my all efforts to uplift your company.

As I am fresher, I have theoretical knowledge but I need a platform where I can implement my knowledge in the practical field. I am ensuring you that I will put all my efforts into the good progress of the organisation.

As a fresher, I have no preset mind regarding the working culture in an organisation and this will help me to adapt to the working culture of your company very easily.

Being punctual and regular I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfil all the needs of the company.

As a fresher, I am interested in learning to new things as a student, I learn things theoretically but I am waiting for me this opportunity in a practical way. I will do my best.

I have no experience in this field, and I don't have practical knowledge but through my theoretical knowledge, if you give me a chance to prove to you, I'll give my 100% best for the growth of your company as I also build my skills and knowledge.

As I am a fresher, in this field but I am pretty sure that I will put all my knowledge and skills directly into your organisation which will help to grow my experience in this field and I can be the best and an important asset for your organisation and I will build my career within it.

Sir, I shall answer this question in two parts that will help you understand more about my Technical and Non-Technical skills.

Considering the technical aspect, I will bring the experience of 2 college projects and 1 industrial project alongside the successful completion of 3 internships. This made me more versatile and helped me understand the scope of my branch and field.

The reason behind my confidence in answering the non-technical aspect of the question is my college. I got the opportunity to participate in a dozen of college events which have very well taught me many aspects of team management, collaboration, and leadership. Besides my college experience, I have worked with 5 non-core start-ups functioning at different levels.

All of these experiences make me a little more equipped and job ready.

As I'm a fresher. I don't have work experience but I have great theoretical knowledge if you give me a chance then whatever knowledge I have gained, whatever skills I have achieved during my graduation those are all I am going to put into your organization and I believe that will definitely help me to build my career and help in the growth of our organization.

Honestly speaking,

As a fresher, I have more theoretical knowledge than practical knowledge. I have capabilities & skills but don't have any experience.
