As a fresher, I am not going deny that I don't have any real time or practical experience but I do have a theoretical knowledge that are required for this job profile. So I don't see any reason to not to hire me but I have a passion for the job, I think if you have an employee who had a passion for the job, things are quite a but it easy to handle and performance would surely be better. Apart from all I need a good environment and platform to expose and improve myself. So just give me a chance to prove what I said so far. 100 per cent I will assure you that I'll work hard and strive hard for a growth of this organization.

Firstly, I would like to say, I am a smart working so I can do work fast. I am having multiple skills that will help in company growth. I have gone through your requirement in which you have clearly mentioned you want soft skills so let me tell you one thing I was working in voice process so I am having soft skills so that I can easily communicate with customer and if customer has any kind of grievance then softly I clarify that and most important I have passion about my work this will also help in company growth and when I shall get any criticism then I shall not disappoint instead of that I shall learn something from my mistake.

Through your company JD, I feel am fit for this position because I have also seeking a challenging role to execute my skills for the company's requirements. And am an active person in the working area so those who work under me those peoples also being active which will help me to finish all the work perfectly before the deadline. I have also worked on a freelance project where I managed a 3-person team and led a project to success. I think that experience will also be beneficial for the company. Sir, today you have taken a no of interview and you have met with n no of an agent who has a good communication skills and who is better than me but to be in customer service the skill which is required according to me that positive attitude because it creates a good impression in customer mind second the most important that First-time resolution i.e. whenever customer tells his queries he should get the resolution on that time so he won't come back again with the same queries so by having this quality inner me you can hire me and if I got a chance to work in your reputed company I'll give my 100% and I won't let you down.
