What I believe that I meet the minimum requirement for this position to select, But I can do my job for it's the best requirement. By looking the description I got that skills required for this job is matching with my skills. I am a fresher and I am a good programmer as well as quick learner. I have good skills but I doesn't have any experience in IT industry so that I think being a part of such growing up company I enhanced my skills which is beneficial for both. Since not having work experience I can't say I have practical knowledge but one thing I can assure is that I have theorical knowledge and I am passionate to use my knowledge whatever I posses for the betterment of the organisation. And my hardworking and eager to learn skills would play important role in copping up with the advancement in the field in near future.
