What I believe that I meet the minimum requirement for this position to select, But I can do my job for it's the best requirement. By looking the description I got that skills required for this job is matching with my skills. I am a fresher and I am a good programmer as well as quick learner. I have good skills but I doesn't have any experience in IT industry so that I think being a part of such growing up company I enhanced my skills which is beneficial for both.
