By looking the description I got that skills required for this job is matching with my skills. I am a fresher and I am a good programmer as well as quick learner. I have good skills but I doesn't have any experience in IT industry so that I think being a part of such growing up company I enhanced my skills which is beneficial for both. Since not having work experience I can't say I have practical knowledge but one thing I can assure is that I have theorical knowledge and I am passionate to use my knowledge whatever I posses for the betterment of the organisation.
