I have all the job skills which are required for this job role, experience of 3 years in Semi-Voice Process in Technical Process and apart from that, I also have overall experience of nearly 8 years in a Customer Support role.

I have worked with UK and US customers, resolved their complaints, and assisted them all these years. I have also handled compliance and processed refunds only in situations where the customer truly deserved it.

Even when the concern was not in my scope multiple times, I went out of the way to give the customer the complete experience which they were expecting from us.
I am knowledgeable, have a zeal to do something, and I take my accountability for growth and development. I am proactive, even sharing ideas which I think are good for the business apart from doing my daily job roles.
