Though I fulfil your criteria then you should select me. Initially I have experienced and I already known dt all about job duty. I am a fresher and when compared to an experienced candidate, he would first of all demand more money and secondly, it would take some time for him to adopt the different working culture, whereas I am new to this so I would rather adapt it very soon. The Second thing even my academic results display that I am consistent with my work. So, I think so this might be enough for you to hire me.
