First thing,
As a fresher, I have good skills and I am very flexible to learn new things. But Mostly focus on practical knowledge. I have done more than one project. So, I think this is the best reason to hire me.

As your selection policy says you should prefer someone with work experience more than anyone else however, I believe that sometimes your experienced player does not deliver what you expect from him and an inexperienced player stands at your full expectations but only when you give him the opportunity.
