First of all, this is my interest area, second I have relative experience while working as a management officer is ministry of refugees repatriation, organising different events for them such as conferences and conventions in camps, sports events such as trials in the camps. So this organisation will have the best use of my expertise while hiring me on the post of assistant director Event Mgt.
