Sir/mam I have done 3 month course of BPO training from DDU-GKY and 1 month on job training from genpect. And I am having a great good experience in my work and on how to talk with customer.

Sir/ma, if I had few working years experience, I would have loved to get a letter from probably a colleague or my boss telling you how you wouldn't want to lose someone like me but unfortunately, I'm a fresher but I promise you to put all my strength in this job. Though we're all humans, I can't be perfect but I'll try to do the job 100% perfect.
