Sir, being a fresher I always dreamt of earning and working for someone much experienced than me, I dreamt of supporting my family and the company I will work for though I am less experienced the energy I have and the mindset I developed will surpass an experienced person only one opportunity I need to grab. Which will lead me and the company to success? Freshers will to work is much higher than other people older in the company.
