As your selection policy says you should prefer someone with work experience more than anyone else however, I believe that sometimes your experienced player does not deliver what you expect from him and an inexperienced player stands at your full expectations but only when you give him the opportunity. Furthermore, I am a consistent learner just need a conducive environment to show my skills so on this basis you can select me.
