Basically, I'm a fresher and I need a platform to establish and elaborate my skills to acquire a self esteem to locate myself gradually and to get a cooperative atmosphere among colleagues and employers to flourish my capabilities and I always have a positive attitude towards work and I can assure ill be a good team leader as well as member also.
