Why should I hire you?

As I'm a fresher, I have a creative mind to explore new things and I'm here to make soo many great things to do for my organization. I'm not thinking on my own basis and too for my company's growth.

I think I have all the basic skills an employee should have, I have a good theoretical knowledge. If given the opportunity I will do my best for company growth.

I think I have all the basic skills that an engine cadet should have, I am a quick learner and punctual person. Also would love to gain experience in my chosen career with your company.

I have good knowledge of those concepts and can be able to work efficiently without any hesitation and it will boost up my career.

Based on my qualifications and experience related to Human Resources Management I am sure that, I would be the perfect candidate for this position and also I am sure that I will bring more changes in HR management.
