Why should I hire you?

Being a fresher, I keep my mind open to every necessary thing that is to be learnt for the enhancement of the growth of the organization and self. I strongly believe it is more like a mutual benefit and cooperation accord between me and the organization, wherein I gain the knowledge and the company gains the reputation with time along with an increase in revenue.

Being a fresher, I don't have experience. I'm seeking a platform to show my talent, skills, knowledge. If you hire me, I'm sure I will give my full effort to the development of the company.

As a fresher, I don't have any industry experience but do have some internship experiences as an in-plant trainee and I'm looking forward to exploring and experience the potential of my skill to give the best shot to the company. Maybe I'm not good at my academics, but in terms of my skill set, I stand apart from the others.

Sir. As a fresher I have a theoretical knowledge but if you give me a chance to enhance my practical knowledge.

Then I will give you a better result on short period of time if I get a chance a can surely bulid and work towards my skills and knowledge to prove myself beneficial to the organisation.

I have no experience in this field, and I don't have practical knowledge but through my theoretical knowledge, if you give me a chance to prove to you, I'll give my 100% best for the growth of your company as I also build my skills and knowledge.

As a fresher, I have no preset mind regarding work culture in an organisation so this will help me to adapt to the working culture of your company very easily. Being punctual and regular I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all the needs of the company.

Sir, at that point, I can't give the answer of this question as I have no work experience But yeah I can ensure you that If you can give me a chance then I can give my 100% to this organisation.
