Why should I hire you?

Sir as I am fresher I don't have that much practical knowledge than the experienced person, but I have that much capability to grab the knowledge and I'll put my all effort to learn.

Sir, as I am fresher, I have theoretical knowledge and some practical knowledge but I can do hard work for my organization. And I will put all my efforts for the good progress of organization. Being punctual and sincere, I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all the needs of company from me.

This is basically the toughest situation for an interviewer to make a decision for hiring the right candidate who does have the quality of all, so being an interviewee I always appreciate the situation for hiring like that, as far as the quality is concerned, I have interpersonal skill, time management skill, way of communication which is essential elements for all employees which I have got already from my previous organisation, I have a reputation to get the job done within deadline. So having all this quality I can prove myself in a new environment that will assist many co-workers who will be surround with me.

Sir/madam, according to your job requirements I have 2.5 years experience, I know my experience not matched completely of this job but it will helpful to me to adjust new environment and concentrate to work easily.
