As a fresher, I am interested in enhancing my knowledge and learning new things. As a student, I learn things theoretically but I am waiting for the opportunity to learn things practically. I am not having enough experience and not had an opportunity to prove myself so I need good organization like yours to prove myself and also develop my skills and I also want to be a part of your organisation to achieve my short-term goals.

As your selection policy says you should prefer someone with work experience more than anyone else however, I believe that sometimes your experienced player does not deliver what you expect from him and an inexperienced player stands at your full expectations but only when you give him the opportunity. Furthermore, I am a consistent learner just need a conducive environment to show my skills so on this basis you can select me.

Sir/mam, I believe human do anything if he/she decided anything. I would like to do the work. I am very flexible in nature, I am changing my working strategy as per the demand of the situation. Or anyhow I will stand with the company and. Trying to handle the situation with my witty nature. Requirements of the company also match with my qualifications.
