Sir, Actually I am from E.C.E background, I have so much of interest towards working on IT sectors (given suitable exams for that, ex. I had done my certification course like java, SQL and so on). So I need a better platform to show my skills and all my technical knowledge for growing the organisation and all my skill set is matching for this role/job. Note: Shown the interest of that particular job instead of impressing the hr.

Being a fresher, I think I have a right attitude to learn new thing fast & also I can work with much higher energy & Enthusiasm. Also, I think that learning knowledge is not enough but needs to implement the knowledge in the form of the practical way in order to get complete command. So I hope that if your organization can give me this opportunity I will put full ability & dedication towards work honestly.

As your selection policy says you should prefer someone with work experience more than anyone else however, I believe that sometimes your experienced player does not deliver what you expect from him and an inexperienced player stands at your full expectations but only when you give him the opportunity. Furthermore, I am a consistent learner just need a conducive environment to show my skills so on this basis you can select me.
