Why should I hire you?

As a fresher, I have only theoretical knowledge but I need a platform to implement my knowledge into practical field. I have no experience and no preset mind regarding work culture in an organisation that will help me to adapt your company environment and that will increase my work efficiency. I don't need much training. Once I committed to learn something I will never stop.

Sir, You must be having lot of option for this position to select but I don't know about rest what I believe I meet with minimum requirement for this position but I am able to do my job for its best requirement and apart from this my words cannot justify my action until I don't get right opportunities to perform so I will be very privilege If you avail me this opportunity, sir.

As a fresher, I am not going deny that I don't have any real time or practical experience but I do have a theoretical knowledge that are required for this job profile. So I don't see any reason to not to hire me but I have a passion for the job, I think if you have an employee who had a passion for the job, things are quite a but it easy to handle and performance would surely be better. Apart from all I need a good environment and platform to expose and improve myself. So just give me a chance to prove what I said so far. 100 per cent I will assure you that I'll work hard and strive hard for a growth of this organization.

As a fresher I don't have any work experience. But if you give me this opportunity I assure you that I will never let you down and your company as well. I just need a platform where I can prove myself. I am a very hard working person. I will do my best to show my ability and dedication to work honestly.

Personally, I believe that younger blood runs faster than the elder. So even though I'm a fresher I'm sure that I can put best of my effort rather than the experienced one. I will give you my best service.
