Sir, as a fresher I don't have any working experience but once the opportunity comes. I will prove myself and I can assure you that I will give my 100% for the greater good of the company.

I'm a dedicated and confident person. I'll do my work in an efficient manner by enhancing my skills in all the aspects which are required for the company growth and as well as mine. I need a platform to enhance my skills towards the growth of your organization and mine too.

And as a fresher, I honestly assume you would like my perspective and approach in the process of work.

As a fresher, I have only theoretical knowledge but I need a platform to implement my knowledge into practical field. I have no experience and no preset mind regarding work culture in an organisation that will help me to adapt your company environment and that will increase my work efficiency. I don't need much training. Once I committed to learn something I will never stop.

Sir, You must be having lot of option for this position to select but I don't know about rest what I believe I meet with minimum requirement for this position but I am able to do my job for its best requirement and apart from this my words cannot justify my action until I don't get right opportunities to perform so I will be very privilege If you avail me this opportunity, sir.

As a fresher, I am not going deny that I don't have any real time or practical experience but I do have a theoretical knowledge that are required for this job profile. So I don't see any reason to not to hire me but I have a passion for the job, I think if you have an employee who had a passion for the job, things are quite a but it easy to handle and performance would surely be better. Apart from all I need a good environment and platform to expose and improve myself. So just give me a chance to prove what I said so far. 100 per cent I will assure you that I'll work hard and strive hard for a growth of this organization.
