I believe that I have all the qualification that you needed for the company. You should hire me because I am a hard working person. As, I am a fresher I have not any previous experience. But I think if you give me any chanch I will do my best for developing the company. Thanks sir.

As a fresher, I need a platform to showcase my talent and skill that I hold but it could not be executed until I don't get the Environment and I think this is a place where it can make a new connection, work on my weakness, and get an IT experience as an employee. This question is asked because the interviewer wants to know how interested you are in the post and the company. So first of tell the interviewer how interested you are for the job you applied and tell him how much experience you have for that role, if you are fresher make him know that any kind of situations similar to the job, you faced in the collage and how you managed that situation. This makes interviewer to get how best you can do the work.
