Why should I hire you?

I am a fresher, I have lots of theoretical knowledge to utilize my skill to develop organisation.

Sir because you are here for hiring skillfull person & am one of them with some unique skills. I am always excited to learn new things &how work is actually going on in companies which I know only on theoretical basis not practically experienced because of fresher. I believe in actions rather wasting time in just talkings. So if your company give me chance I will definitely prove this by my hard work & passion. My strengths of leadership, building relations, taking risks compition, good observer& always with practical thinking will sure helps in achieving company's desires& goals. Ups & downs are part of every company but goodwill maintainence is important if ethical persons are there which is my great strength then this set a great image in the minds of people for long period.

As I'm a fresher, I have some Basic knowledge and skill. But I will do my best I will put all my effort and hard work for the progress of orgination being punctual and sincear. I can finished my work on given time and try my best to fulfilled all the needs of company from me.

Because I'm a hard working person with curiosity. I won't accomplish a lot of things in my life. & I think I will be of gd use for this cooperation.

This question is asked because the interviewer wants to know how interested you are in the post and the company. So first of tell the interviewer how interested you are for the job you applied and tell him how much experience you have for that role, if you are fresher make him know that any kind of situations similar to the job, you faced in the collage and how you managed that situation. This makes interviewer to get how best you can do the work.

I am a work-minded person.

I can put my technical skills to the best extent and can help in the company's development.

I am a hard working and have good stuff of managerial skills.

First of all, I believe in myself, I think I would prove as a good asset to the company. If you hire me, with my skills and responsibility I can contribute to the company growth.

Sir you should hire me back of my positive attitude. You may find people having more experience than me, you may find people asking less salary than me, but I guarantee you that you will not find people having better attitude than me, better dedication to work than me. Sir as I m a fresher and I only want a single chance to prove myself. And increase my professional skills. I want to work for your company, work with you. And, if I have given a chance to prove myself, I guarantee to you sir that no one can beat me.

Since, I am a fresher, I don't have any work experience, but when I get a chance I will work with my full determination and use my skills to minimize the work and finish it quickly. Also I am punctual and obedient and keep my emotions away when it comes to work.

I believe this organisation is the platform where I can showcase my skills, learn new things and can nurture my skills. I will utilise my skills in my work so that not only my career is build up but also the organisation progresses.
