Whenever you have been asked this question, please don't use the adjectives like a hard worker, dedicated. As the interviewer can't judge you then and there whether you are a hard worker or not.

Moreover, these are common terms used by many people. To answer this question you need to be different from the rest of the candidates waiting outside.

As a fresher, I have all the theoretical skills and knowledge required for this position. I require a stage to execute my skills practically and I believe that I have all the character, integrity and support to work in this kind of environment. I understood the work responsibility that I have to take to work properly so that I can maintain the quality of work done by this organization throughout the years. And I am willing to learn every bit of that work and I am going to execute every bit of that work as I learn and go through the stages.

I have read through your job description and I have figured out that you are looking for someone who is proficient in web technologies along with python Django and databases. In my graduation journey, I came across new languages, and technologies and so I started learning and developing projects on my own, which made me more confident. Because of my skills, I even got an internship as a python developer. Even I have a youtube channel where I deliver technology content which also helped me in my communication skills. I prefer enjoying the work instead of doing it. I intend to put to practice whatever I have learned to good use. I did this last month from my site, python and c++, and SQL itself. I have to get a course completion certificate from them.

My hobbies are cycling and travelling, exercise and yoga, tv, and news.

My short-term goal is to work in a reputed company like yours where I can improve my skill and experience.

My long-term goal is to get a respected position in MNC.

Sir, I am a fresher I don't have any practical experience but one thing I have is positive confidence. I had done many Nukkad Natak in my college life so I don't feel any hesitation to speak in front of a crowd. I had also taken part in any event of my college like debate competition, story writing & achieved a good rank in all of these. I also have the skill to influence people with my nature & behaviour. According to me, one thing that makes me different from other is my analysing & deep understanding skill. I love to watch & analyse human their behaviour their guesture.
