Why should I hire you?

As you know I am a fresher, I won't be having any practical knowledge about how things are done in real time.

But I have a good theoretical capability with which I can learn to work in a real-time environment, apart from that I'm a confident, hard-working, adaptive and a good communicator who can fit into any stream of individuals, help myself in enhancing my skills along with the progress of the organization.

I will do as I can in a addition of smart work and hard work and side by side I learn new things I adopt new technologies and get updated my self to improve our company reputation and benefits.

Sir, If you hire me It will be a great platform for me to showcase my technical skills and what ever I do I do with perfection this will be a great assert to your company.

As I have a degree qualification and have a relevant experience with the domain knowledge, which suits the company requirements. I am sure that I can complete my work before the deadlines. And also will be a knowledge sharing person to my team members.

This is basically the toughest situation for an interviewer to make a decision for hiring the right candidate who does have the quality of all, so being an interviewee I always appreciate the situation for hiring like that, as far as the quality is concerned, I have interpersonal skill, time management skill, way of communication which is essential elements for all employees which I have got already from my previous organisation, I have a reputation to get the job done within deadline. So having all this quality I can prove myself in a new environment that will assist many co-workers who will be surround with me.
