I am a fresher and when compared to an experienced candidate, he would first of all demand more money and secondly, it would take some time for him to adopt the different working culture, whereas I am new to this so I would rather adapt it very soon. The Second thing even my academic results display that I am consistent with my work. So, I think so this might be enough for you to hire me.

As I am a fresher. I have only theoretical knowledge. So I want practical knowledge. I need a platform to showcase my skills. Your company products are TF and IM. Sir, as a fresher and according to my knowledge, I can say one thing, though I have gained some basic knowledge on the things that I should do, and I'm a quick learner, definitely I can cope up under peer pressurized situations and varied responsibilities and hence make sure that I'm worthful candidate. Above all, I always react with a pleasant smile so that one could never get tired of assigning or completing some work.
