Well every fresher need a plateform where they can explore their skills and can prove themselves to do so.

I need a platform where I can explore and enhance my knowledge resulting in the growth of an organization and simultaneously the growth of my career and I believe your organisation is the right plateform to do so.

I am not saying I am best, because there are so many students trying to get this job. Maybe some of them even more knowledge and better than me.

I have theoretical knowledge but I want to improve my practical knowledge by giving my 100% dedication towards my work. I am a hardworking and loyal person towards my work.

Sir, I am fresher. I have many qualities like good communication skill, education skill, people skill, management skill, leadership skill because I participated in many college activities. I have that much confidence that I will give my 100% for my work. If I will get this job then I will prove myself for that position.

Sir, as a fresher, I have a good knowledge of theories and practices that will help the organization. As per as most of the technical skills and management skills are concerned, most of the management gurus say they can be taught, and I also personally believe this is true, so the basic requirement for any job is openness of mind, and I always give my 100% to keep my mind open to learn new things.
