Sir, every organisation need an employee to develop the organisation. So, I am one of the persons who want to develop the organisation where I am working. I know, I am fresher who have the only theoretical knowledge and I don't have any work experience if you give a chance I can prove myself. And I learn the work from my senior team member in the organisation.
