Why should I hire you?

Even I am fresher. I acquired theoretical and practical knowledge from my school and college. If you hire me, I will utilize my knowledge to the growth of our company.

As I completed my studies and as a fresher now I would like to hard to attain my career ambitions and my willingness is always for success if get the job I put my all efforts for good progress of the organisation and my willingness towards success is not only beneficial for me it also for organisation too.

Being a fresher, I don't know what qualities other candidates have. But, I know that I have good communication skills and I'm a hard worker and don't stop until I get things done.

Because I think I have the qualification standard that you are needed and I will assure you that I will give my 100% best to your company.

I am someone who believes their personality will be a big asset to an employer, not least because of my dedication to my work, my willingness to go above and beyond what is required, and also my hunger for learning and developing new skills.

Through your company JD, I feel am fit for this position because I have also seeking a challenging role to execute my skills for the company's requirements. And am an active person in the working area so those who work under me those peoples also being active which will help me to finish all the work perfectly before the deadline. I always like to be a multi-tasker so that I can learn anything in a very short period. I'm willing to work hard to the best of my knowledge for the company's growth. Sir, I shall answer this question in two parts that will help you understand more about my Technical and Non-Technical skills.

Considering the technical aspect, I will bring the experience of 2 college projects and 1 industrial project alongside the successful completion of 3 internships. This made me more versatile and helped me understand the scope of my branch and field.

The reason behind my confidence in answering the non-technical aspect of the question is my college. I got the opportunity to participate in a dozen of college events which have very well taught me many aspects of team management, collaboration, and leadership. Besides my college experience, I have worked with 5 non-core start-ups functioning at different levels.

All of these experiences make me a little more equipped and job ready.
