Why should I hire you?

As I am a fresher its a damn sure I will do my best to improve my knowledge and skill because the first company has always become a dream company to every fresher.

Sir/Madam I'm a fresher, I have a theoretical knowledge. But, I can do hard work for my organisation. I will put all my efforts for the good progress of organisation. Being punctual and sincere. I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all the needs of company from me.

I am hardworking and punctual in my work. I always complete work on time and I do my work honestly. I believe in myself and can accept challenges and prove myself that I too can do many kinds of task.

Sir as we all know freshers are like soft clay and waiting to be moulded in to a given shape which will help the company to take a step towards its goal and I would like your company to give a shape to menin such a way that it will be profitable to the company and help me improve my skills and personality which can help in adding more value to the organisation in near future. I am a quick learner and I always try to complete my work before the given deadline so that I can have time if there is any changes to me made. I have also undergone a course of 1 year under cttc in tool design which has helped me add practical knowledge of how things are done in an industry and has taught me good & planning skills too. I am pretty confident about the skill I have learnt during this training. I have also learnt some leadership skills while planning out our project during my last semester. If you will. Give me the opportunity to be a part of your company I will always prove myself and show you have made the right decision of hiring me.

As a fresher, I don't have any experience, no one will be born with experience they will be molded, I'm good hard worker, and self-motivated with positive attitude, I have great patience and good skills so I need a platform to enhance my skills and talents I will do the best from me for the growth of the organization.

I am a fresher so, I am not directly say that I am the suitable candidate for your company but I assure you that if you give me a chance by my proactive skills I will be asset to your company.
