First off all, I would like to thank you for asking me this question sir. You can hire me because, As I am a fresher I have no prior experience or practical knowledge but I have great theoretical knowledge, I am very consistent, punctual, always motivated towards my work and I learn new things real quick. I may not be the best but I will be the best when it comes to the growth of my carrier and my company. If you give me this opportunity to get into the world of engineers I will prove my worth. I am sure you won't be disappointed for hiring me.

As a fresher, I have to work in somewhere to gain experience. I think you should hire me because of my attitude. You may find more experienced, more knowledgeable people, you may find people asking less salary than me but you'll not get a people like me. If you hire me I'll do my best for this organisation and will reach your organization in a new height.
