Why should I hire you?

To be honest, I am not the kind of guy who will speak in your favour just for getting the job. As I am a fresher, I don't have any work experience but I am technically strong, I have learned many industry required things and technologies. If you will give me a chance to work for your company I will prove myself the best assets for your company.

Being a fresher, I may not have good practical knowledge about industrial processes but I am a highly enthusiastic person, and as I know myself I am a dedicated person, throughout my academic years I was fully focused and despite running behind results I believe in the work process and enjoy that. I always Focus on my target and plan work strategy and enjoy throughout, and this approach teaches me a lot. I think this is a unique quality of mine that will definitely keep me separate from others. And, I think this is why I will be a good choice for you to hire me.

I am a fresher but interested in learning new skills for the growth of the company and enhancing my practical knowledge. I am adaptable to any working condition. If you give me a chance, I shall prove my worth.

As a fresher, I am flexible to work at any technology, as I am fresher I have theoretical knowledge to implement them in a practical way for the growth of company as well as myself, I will give my 100%.

Being a fresher, I think I am very flexible and adaptive to learning new things. This gives me to explore my potential by giving my best to the organization. My final year project has taught me how to be a good team player and work in unity. I am sure that, this valuable quality will help me further.

As I am a fresher, I think I will be a great fit for this role since I am a quick learner and high highly passionate about pursuing a career in this industry.

I believe my commitment and passion for fulfilling the assigned work will contribute to the company's growth. Also, being a good orator and being able to adapt to the environment easily will aid me in undertaking this role. Added to this I am a people-friendly person and have the ability to resolve people's queries and provide them with the best possible solution.
