Honestly, Sir, this is a typical but tough question to answer.
I know As a fresher, I've zero experience but I have that craving for learning new skills and upgrading my own skills. My first and foremost goal will be constantly adding values to myself through learning and developing and thereby contributing growth to my company. Getting a job is a lot like getting into a relationship with the company and trust me, sir, I'm very loyal and very responsible in case of relationships.

I can adapt to any environment. I feel theoretical knowledge is not enough, practical knowledge is equally important. Being a fresher I have the right attitude of learning new things and I can work with much higher energy and Enthusiasm.
