Why should I hire you?

Sir, as you know, I am a fresher student. As a fresher, I don't have any working experience in any organization and this time is very precious for me to work in any organization so that we can learn lots of things practically. Because the Industrial environment is very different from the college environment. Suppose I have lots of knowledge about my field, I have lots of skills, but if I don't use my knowledge and skills for the growth of the organization so it's useless. So, I think you should hire me I will turn out to be a key player in your company and use my potential and hard work to grow your organization. I assure you that you will never regret the decision to hire me.

As, a fresher, I'm interested in learning new things but as a student, I learn things theoretically, by joining your reputed organization I am getting an opportunity to learn things practically which will help in propelling my career. And that may result in benefits for the company.

As a fresh graduate, I'm eager to learn and experience more and I want to use that to help the company.

As you know, I'm a fresher, and like all freshers, I also have an urge to learn new things. Even though I had problem-solving skills during my education period, I want to test them in real life by facing challenging situations so that I can prove myself and to the organization that I'm apt for the job. First of all, it's pleasure to mine if you hired me because in this company I am seeing a good platform wherein I can explore my skills and also for learning. As a fresher, I don't have any work experience. But I am waiting for opportunities to work in a corporate world I have good problem-solving skills but wanted to test them on real-world problems. If I get a chance to work with your org. I will do my best for the growth of the organization.

As you know, I am a fresher candidate and I have no experience of this job but I am Interested in learning new things, and this is my first job after 12th, and you know every person who gets his first job, works with his full energy and dedication.
