Sir, I am 19 now and when I came from home I only thought that I have to gain a good position in next five years so I am here. I am not here because after getting 1-year or 2-year of experience I will switch job and get a better salary than old. I am here because I want a good position with my work.

Sir, actually, I heard a lot about your company, you will maintain a good repo with freshers. So every fresher likes a friendly environment, so they can share everything with colleagues and senior faculties. And mostly freshers want to enhance their skills and knowledge in a good company like yours.
