I was much thankful for my previous job. The company gave me much knowledge and professional outlook where I have improved a lot and got fascinated about the work. During a short period we the employees have formed a team and I was the vice team leader for our group. But the reason to leave this job I want to grow in career both skill wise as well as financially. So I want to change my company and work with the same spirit what my previous gave me.

First of all, I am thankful for my current organization because I have learnt working under pressure with multiple projects. I joined this organization on November 2017. I worked for three clients since last 7 months. My first project was completed in 15 days and second project in 10 days. My third project started in December 2017 and ends in July 2018. I do not know what after July month? I feel job Security and uncertainty made me to search job.

Life is all about opportunities, my previous job exposed me to a new platform wherein I learned new skill sets, new working atmosphere and supporting colleagues but after a point of time it is necessary to move out of this comfort zone and think about exploring more. I am person who is always looking to learn, upgrade and move one step ahead so it was necessary to quit and move on so that I can help myself grow professionally and financially.

I had resigned my previous job. Because the operations had closed on April month. But, the management have hopes the company might be restart. But on Aug month the management as announced half salary for all employees. So, I'm decided to quit my job. Because I'm not adjustable with that half salary. That's the reason I resigned from my previous job. And the management side they don't have any confirmation when the company will restart.

I work with an MNC that was only night shifts. In the beginning, it was good I was having fun, and experiencing new things that I have never done. But later now I was suffering from depression because of it. I had completely lost myself in working in that company, building unhealthy eating habits. So in short was miserable and after a time I realised mental health is important. So I did prioritise that and quit my job for a better one.

I left my last organisation for better growth and strong financial situation. Although, I was doing good with them and everything is going on very smooth. Our client informed us that their team is launching new products and for that, they require two-three months and during this time there is nothing much important. My manager asked me to move to the next domain but I don't have any internet in that domain. So, I left that company.

First of all, I would like to thank my previous company, who hired me as a fresher.
I have learned a lot of things from my previous company like teamwork, communication skills, time management, working under pressure etc.
And the reason why I left my previous job is that I think I have reached my full potential there and now I'm looking for an ambitious company like yours where I can grow myself both financially and professionally.
