Life is all about opportunities, my previous job exposed me to a new platform wherein I learned new skill sets, new working atmosphere and supporting colleagues but after a point of time it is necessary to move out of this comfort zone and think about exploring more. I am person who is always looking to learn, upgrade and move one step ahead so it was necessary to quit and move on so that I can help myself grow professionally and financially.

Well, I believe, change is very much required in one's life who wants to grow and explore himself. As without change, you will not be able to see the other side of the coin.

Secondly, I would like to thank my current organisation where I learn a lot of things like time management, how to work under pressure, teamwork and team management, quality, to make a good relation horizontally and vertically and so on. Now, I am ready to accept new challenges to grow and explore more professionally and personally as well as financial growth.

First of all, I must sincerely thank my previous company for giving me the opportunity to work with them. From them, I have learnt a lot of new skills like time management, team management, how to work under stress and pressure, how to take pride in a job well done, punctuality, how to solve conflicts at work etc.

As we all know change is a part of life. I want to see myself growing both professionally and financially. I feel this company gives an opportunity to explore my skills and knowledge and also offers new roles and challenges to see myself growing with them.

I will put all my hard work, efforts and experience to take this company to the success of the next level.

Well, I started of my carrier as a fresher in the previous organisation, I have learnt many things like time management, working under pressure and supporting the team and mainly improved my com skills and the reason why I left the job is there were not many internal job posting and they are people who are been working in the same position for years and I didn't see any growth opportunities. So, I have decided to change the organisation was I can grow myself professionally and financially.
