I left my previous company because I felt that this is the right time to advance my career and improve my skills.
While saying this I want to thank my current organization for giving me the first chance to prove myself in this industry and giving me real-life experience of the corporate world.
I am very grateful for that in my current organization.
Now, I want to grow professionally and I am looking for new challenges.

I'm thankful for my previous organization where I'm able to learn a lot of skills related to my previous roles such as teamwork, time management, collaboration with stakeholders effectively etc.
However, I felt that I have reached my full potential there and now I'm looking for a ambitious company like yours where I can able to grow professionally and financially and where I could take additional responsibilities to grow myself in terms of my career aspect.

First, I'm very thankful to my previous organisation as I learnt a lot of skills like team management, working under pressure, punctuality, Etc. And I feel that change is a part of life and I want to grow professionally and financially.
I feel this company is best to enhance my knowledge and I am very interested in this job to take up a new role and the challenges coming with it to enhance my skills and overall development.
I will use my 100% knowledge and experience to benefit this company.
Thank you.

I am thankful to previous organisations who gave me skills and work experiences when I was fresher. I learnt a lot there but now this time I think I should expand my skills more deeply in my job role, that’s what your job description says, I want to grow both professionally and financially.

The reason why I left my previous company is that they relocated their office to a place farther from my home, the longer distance poses a significant challenge to my work-life balance. Although I love my work, and I have made significant growth myself in the last 3 years, the two-year COVID crisis resulted in serious further development issues. This allows me to look for a new goal that better suits my career and personal life, and this position will further my career and transfer my professional knowledge into commercial value. I will continue to bring my experience and dedication to this new role.
