I have learnt a lot as it is my first organization, but now there are only Freshers Colleagues with me and I am not seeing any kind of growth with them as all of my seniors leave their job just because they got a better opportunity.

I do not see any growth here.

First of all, I would like to thank my previous organisation, in the short speriodI was able lto earn some of the essential soft skills of my life i.e. Communication skill, problem-solving skills, and interspersonal skill. However, I was looking for something that would enhance my managerial skill as I wanted to contribute more to the organisation, also I would be able to understand how an organization work and how the manger's decision help the company and individuals to grow together.

Therefore I decided to pursue MBA.

I am very thankfull to my previous organization. There, I learn time management as well as work under pressure. But develop more skill and knowledge to get good response to compare with a previous organization.

I haven't resigned from my job yet but I believe change is the only constant thing in life, the frequency might differ.

I am grateful to work with the organization and learn many things related to the industry, As my work is concentrated on the design of the product, I would like to work on the implementation of the product where I will have real time exposure on the banking requirements and the challenges present in that area.

The reason why I left my previous company is that they relocated their office to a place farther from my home, the longer distance poses a significant challenge to my work-life balance. Although I love my work, and I have made significant growth myself in the last 3 years, the two-year COVID crisis resulted in serious further development issues. This allows me to look for a new goal that better suits my career and personal life, and this position will further my career and transfer my professional knowledge into commercial value. I will continue to bring my experience and dedication to this new role.
