I started my career as a fresher in the previous organisation, I have learnt many things like time management, working under pressure and supporting the team and mainly improved my com skills and the reason why I won't leave the job is there are not many internal job posting. So, I have decided to change the organisation so that I can grow myself professionally and financially.

Firstly, I would like to say thank for my previous organization, where I learned a lot,

Like, time management, working under pressure, team work, self-confidence, resolving issues, a way of working in an industry and now I want to implement my skills and knowledge some other organization. And I believe that change is necessary to enhance my skills and knowledge.

First of all, I am very much grateful of my previous company where I worked with because as a fresher, they have enhanced my skills in different aspects of customer service.

I have developed my personality as a career person, time management, teamwork, working under pressure and most of all dealing with customers with different personalities.

The reason I left my previous job is that I want to grow as a career person by taking new job opportunities and to widen my knowledge in giving customer service satisfaction.

I do believe that your company is the best fit to give me the new job opportunities and will enhanced my career growth and personality as an employee. In return, I will make sure to give all the learnings I have acquired from previous job experience.
