Well, I started of my carrier as a fresher in the previous organisation, I have learnt many things like time management, working under pressure and supporting the team and mainly improved my com skills and the reason why I left the job is there were not many internal job posting and they are people who are been working in the same position for years and I didn't see any growth opportunities. So, I have decided to change the organisation was I can grow myself professionally and financially.

First of all, I would like to thank my previous company, who hired me. I have learned a lot from my previous job,

Like time management, working under pressure, self-confidence, resolving issues, a way of working in an industry.

Because after completing graduation, being fresher is a crime in the world, no body is ready to hire fresher, everybody needs an experienced candidate to work for his company.

I leave my previous job because I need a change in my career path, there were not many growing opportunities in my previous company. So I need a better platform to enhance my skills and knowledge.
