I started my career as a fresher in the previous organisation, I have learnt many things like time management, working under pressure and supporting the team and mainly improved my com skills and the reason why I won't leave the job is there are not many internal job posting. So, I have decided to change the organisation so that I can grow myself professionally and financially.

I would like to say thank you to my previous organization who gave me an opportunity to be a part of that company as a fresher where I have learnt many things like I have enhanced my communication skills, I developed my personality over and above I have learnt how to speak softly but now I want to enhance my financial growth as well so because of this reason left my previous job.

First of all, I would like to thanks to my previous company. Where I learned lots of things like teamwork and time management and professionalism. Where I worked 2+ year same profile. Where is not hope to learn to new skills. Second thing is that I want to be learn new skills and enhance my knowledge for the better future both things are not filled the that's reason I left my last job. But sometimes you need to concentrate on your goals and sometimes you feel to use your knowledge.
