According to me, only earning money doesn't make one happy. A person becomes happy when he/she gets satisfied. The person gets satisfaction when he/she performs the task they like. Hence, even if I win $10 million in lottery, I would still continue my job.

First, we learn then we earn. In this topic, I will just say Learning about the happiness of life is first priority so winning these sort of money has a significant value in life, but for a short period of time. And also money doesn't buy happiness it just fulfils the satisfaction of a greedy nature.

Winning a lottery is not a long-term solution to fulfil our needs and it's also true that shortcuts don't work for a long. Money is not everything in a life, passion or satisfaction is much bigger than money. As you know that richest person have sufficient money to fulfil its needs but even they work, so its all shows his willingness or passion towards the works. Therefore, I don't have any reason which forces me to leave your company.

Sir.

If I would ever win a lottery worth 10 million, I'll spend it to fulfilment my goals like buying a house in a decent apartment, getting a car for myself and other things. I'll also spend the amount for a social cause like the schooling of poor children. But Sir as we all know that money doesn't last for a longer period, we have to keep on earning to maintain the amount, So I would prefer to keep on working here. Money is not the only goal for me to achieve, I also want to gain experience.

That's why there is no sense in leaving work for the sack of money only. I would love to keep on working here as I would get money as well as experience both here.
