Well. If you think I'm overqualified then that's a compliment for me!

For me, being a fresher I'm not overqualified because I have the only theoretical knowledge and (practical knowledge) when it comes to knowledge, learning never ends.

I may satisfy the qualification criteria, however I'm still new to this association and it's work culture. I accept there are things that I have to find out about working with you. So as I would like to think, I'm not over qualified.

No sir, I believe that I am still a good learner. So thought of being overqualified can not even approach me.

For me, I don't think that I am overqualified for this position that I'm applying for. I may have my knowledge during college but learning it in a real situation will allow me to gain more experience, knowledge and skills that I will be needing for this position.

I think over qualified means in both practical as well as rhetorical knowledge. I can agree of you tell on the basis of theoretical knowledge but in practical I know I am under qualified. So I have to improve my self and thus I think I am just qualified candidate for this job.
