I am a fresher I have theoretical knowledge, a little bit a practical.

I have no experience in professional life which I need to develop throughout life. So, I will say I am qualified rather than overqualified.

In my opinion, no one can never be overqualified. As, I am a fresher I don't have any experience in professional life which I need to improve. So, I feel I am just qualified for this position than overqualified.

Definitely, no sir, As I'm a fresher I have theoretical knowledge only, this is the position where I can get practical knowledge. That means I'm a learner and not overqualified.

Thank you sir/mam for asking.

Sir, only Theoretical knowledge without practical experience is useless. Being a fresher I only have the theoretical knowledge and no practical experience. So I am not at all overqualified for this position.

I don't think so. Qualifications are not only criteria for a job. Our skills, knowledge and talents matters, which only can be shown practically and I think your company will prove to be the best platform.

I think, freshers never be an overqualified to any IT Jobs. Because they will have only theoretical Knowledge rather than practical knowledge. So, once they trained they will be qualified/fit to the job.

Qualification is measured by knowledge. But knowledge does not have any boundary. No matter how much qualified you are, you have still much more to learn. So I don't think myself to be overqualified.

I used to think overqualified, if I'm going to face zero difficulties for the job I'm going to do. But anyways, I will face them, because it will definitely going to help my career growth. Thank you.

No. As per company requirements even BE is eligible to apply for for this role. And also my 4 years experience in BPO I think this would give me a platform to showcase my skills I have acquired.

Yes, absolutely.

I think overqualified people better than qualified people. I feel better if I am overqualified as we are living in a competitive world because the best always better than good.
