As I am overqualified is not matter because extra knowledge of something is good instead of half knowledge.

Qualification that you see is mere numbers on the mark-sheets, and as our education system would have it, it fails to quantify our skill. If Qualification is all that you see, I can assure you a robot can do your job and you won't need humans. As per my limited knowledge, my skills are at your disposal which can give you a satisfactory performance.

Normally What our qualification shows that we are educated and can apply for the same i.e. we are eligible or not?

So with this knowledge, if I got the opportunity to work with your company giving better results then that qualification means a lot to me. At that time I will never see how qualified I am? I wl only see that because of my knowledge I am at this point.

Overthought if I'm over qualified, I can do any jobs without considering any Prestige, unlike most of the peoples.

I don't bother if I'm overqualified or perfect. And I'm not strict about my status. Every work is a work.

It doesn't matter if I am overqualified or not. The fact is I have enough knowledge and skill for the given job and I can use that to give satisfactory performance. Also, overqualification doesn't makes me unsuitable for the job.
