Qualification is measured by knowledge. But knowledge does not have any boundary. No matter how much qualified you are, you have still much more to learn. So I don't think myself to be overqualified.

If you think that your overqualified that may show your weakness as though if you think you're qualified for any job it shows your strength and ability to work.

No sir, I have theoretical knowledge but I lack practical experience. Instead, I think that because of additional degree I would be able to understand the working of the organization in a better way.
In fact, I am not even well qualified. I am just adequately qualified because "Knowledge has a beginning but no ending".

Sir, only Theoretical knowledge without practical experience is useless. Being a fresher I only have the theoretical knowledge and no practical experience. So I am not at all overqualified for this position.

If I am overqualified I will fit for this job. As a fresher, I am having only the theoretical knowledge but don't have practical knowledge. If you are giving me a chance to learn practically then only I can consider me a well qualified not overqualified.

I have theoretical knowledge and here I can change my theory into practical. No one has practical knowledge before doing Any job. So I am well qualified for this position.
