According to me, what matters most is whether I'm doing the job assigned to me completely or not. No matters whatever my qualification is I should give my 100% for the fulfillment of the job's purpose and if you really consider me as an overqualified for the said position I think that's a good way of motivating a fresher like me to reach up to your expectation.

Thank you!

If you think that I am over qualified then it's a compliment for me. Thank you.

In my opinion, it's better to be overqualified instead of underqualified.

Just imagine I have 100 Rs and you are asking for 80. I can easily give you but if you will ask me 80 Rs and I have only 70 Rs then how will I give you?

So I think I am happy with my overqualification.

Sir, I'm not overqualified. I have only theoretical knowledge because I'm a fresher I want to convert my knowledge into practical. So I am qualified but not over qualified.

To start off a career, no one is over-qualified. One learns a lot by Joining any position then get to know about his strengths and weaknesses by working some time and then frame his career based on his experience.

No.

Qualified or overqualified it's all upon knowledge. Which will be proved at practical?

In a company, work is practically so there is no one is overqualified. If there is any overqualified then company knows, there will be better work for overqualified.
