I agree that start-ups play an important role in professional growth. For example, if a lecturer asks for interested students to take seminar, there will be those who will be raising first. So by taking successive seminar these persons will drive-out fear and these persons are said to shine during an interview. So each and every start-up made by an individual benefits the individual.

I agree with this statement because in today's era, there are many companies for different sectors and industries.
To grow in the market, startups and small businesses have the ability to come up with new products & services based on their creativity, and interest in satisfying customers as per their needs and preferences. Startups have the ability to make a change in the business world and grow professionally in the market rather than just focusing on earning profits.

Hi all.
Small businesses and startups primarily rely on product quality and strong after-sales service.
An efficient and quick complaint-handling process is essential for customer satisfaction. When customers are happy, the company’s growth is likely to improve significantly and meet expectations.

Hi all,
In my perspective, a startup or small business will give more knowledge, you are the one to take more responsibilities, you only have to do sales, marketing, and work.
In an MNC company, you will do only one task right; here, you can do multiple tasks.
You can see your founders and senior leaders directly, and you can grow your leadership and corporate development.
Some startups are small businesses having much risk, may it will see a loss, it has more risk right, in startups or small businesses if you are putting more effort, you will grow professionally and personally.
