India has a developing sector which increases the competition, but even competition the most important point is idea which is the future of your business and requires the most of the knowledge. Second thing is that what the customers want from us, their satisfaction from product or service. I thaught food industries startup has the good scope.

I agree with the fact that confidence is the key to any business whether it is small or big that does not matter. If you have it n you to expand your business and work relentlessly hard for it then you ought to grow. As in the current scenario, small business has an open arena and a lot of scopes. There is a healthy competition. All of it is required for an overall development of that business.

Hi,

According to me, working in a startup gives you the leverage to work on different aspects as the strength of the organisation might not be that much as compared to a big industry. Here in startups we can learn new things, think of creative ideas, evaluate them and apply them successfully. Working in startups provides us with very good learning experiences as compared to that of big companies.

On the other hand, when you start working in a big company the work to be done by you is predefined and you are only supposed to carry out those tasks efficiently on regular basis. Due to this, the person keeps himself away from the innovations that he can put in work.

Hence I feel smaller businesses and startups have more scope for professional growth.
