Personally being a banker I think that Aadhar should not be made mandatory to avail each and every benefits provided by government There are lots of misuses done by it. I see a lot of customers come to bank and complain that their account is debited by some amount. When I enquire I got to know that theie money is debited using pos terminals and CSP. If Aadhar database is safe enough then how can another person can withdraw money using their own credentials. Fraud is also happening using their mobile numbers. So, this is not safe. Its security should be improved.

Is the Aadhar database is not safe?
some people it is not safe but the database is trying to every minute they are trying built a firewall to be secured the information of people. Manoj Sinha is the telecommunication minister of India. He is trying to secure the Aadhar information for every second to be secure. They are really trying to secure the Aadhar information for people. We can't blame anyone for Aadhar information. No one can create any fake id it is very difficult to create.

Today the topic on which I want to share my views with you people is "The Security of Aadhar Database".
As we all know that Aadhar is an unique identification Id maintained by UIDAI and comissioned by GOI and because of this particular document we are free from the past hazards of carrying multiple documents for verification, in one word Aadhar itself is sufficient and nowadays necessary to prove your identity.
Now, coming to the database, what does it contain?!
Well again we all know that it contains almost all private documents of a particular individual in association with their digital record of biometric data like finger print and retina print.
From the recent orders it is mandatory to link one's PAN and Bank accounts with their Aadhar number. So, these all are saved there in a digital cloud storage which is secured until a hacker with improved coding skills comes into picture.
Whatever, now lets discuss the possible problems that we may face,
1. The. Pdf version of Aadhar card is usually a password proteced, although the format of the password is same for everyone and its readily available in internet (the format of the password which consists some details that can be easily known like DOB, Pincode of residence etc) , so, its highly possible one can open your. Pdf Aadhar card.
2. Nowadays, there is a new business named data business where they breach the personal databases and share those with their clients, as an example I should point out the recent case of the personal data breach of our very own MS Dhoni (Indian Cricketer) even renowned MNC's like again our very own Facebook is not out of the list.
3. If someday a hacker with insane hacking skills is able to breach the security of the database manager then guess what! All the private details along with the economic details are gone to him/her.
Now, to be practical even after getting this much details they will not be able to do any harm untill you are alert yourself, because for any transactions they will be needing the Otp that has been shared with only your own mobile number. So, if you are dumbass enough to give them that detail then you are wasted, that was your fault too.
Keeping apart the fact that such technology has not been developed till now to read the messages of someone else's cellphone without accesing that.
Till now the technology has been evolved upto the extent that if a particular application is installed in your device then that application can read and send your messages to a third party, so again you need to be intelligent enough to justify which application to keep and which not to.
Remember one thing, we the human built the technology so, this technology shouldn't be more intelligent than us, jokes apart, be alert to have a secured life both in analog and digital world.
Thank you.

I share my view about Aadhaar data security. The Aadhaar based data is secured by the UIDAI (unique identification authority of India). This is a authority who store the Aadhaar data. As We all know nowdays no possiblities the data is 100%secure because the haker are doing their job very well it not good for anyone. The millions of data are haked so in this case also no surety the Aadhar data is secured but the advantages of Aadhaar card is not carry lots of documents only one card are use anywhere and only one identify is enough.

But nowadays the high court said that the Aadhar card is not necessary for the sim card, college, school. That is the most imp thing is that the aadhar is not madatory for all the identities.
That from the above discussion it is proved that by the honourable supreme court the data is not secured as high as required.

It is absolutely correct that the Adharcard data is not secured but there is no another identification proof for children who are in below 18 years.
According to me, Adhardata base is not secured enough. It needed that data will be secure & make one identification proof for all i.e. Adharcard.

Aadhaar card is the proof of identity that we are Indian. It is a world wide identification that can be accessed to each and every individual in India but now a days the data base of it not secured. This is because of the government reclassness towards every work. This means what ever they initialize, in the initial stages the actions bwill be taken severe but at the last the government is not at all bothered about its scams. Hence in my view the Aadhaar database is not secured.

Aadhaar means something which is necessary and it has been popularised in India that it will represents our existence and thus can be used in any of the areas as a proof. The Aadhaar no. Was used everywhere from getting the SIM approval to linking the bank account, from buying a ration by poor to using it as a proof for getting a room in hotel, etc. It is used everywhere and thus the problem of leakage of data arose as the cyber security in India is not that advanced. And so the leakage of data leads to breach of privacy of every individual so the Supreme Court has decided that it cannot replace the other government proofs such as voter card and that it cannot be considered as a necessary tool.
